Working through difficult transactions and helping buyers and sellers resolve differences is a big part of a real estate agent’s role in a transaction. However, buyers and sellers are extremely emotional during the transaction and the agent needs to separate the people from problem and help them focus on resolving the issues. This class will help agents negotiate the toughest transactions and build a good relationship with the parties.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for real estate continuing education.

Jonathon KopeckyThis class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate professionals and the conflicts they face in the continuance of their work offering both practical and ethical solutions.
