How to Reactivate or Late Renew a Terminated Real Estate License

If a license goes inactive for any reason, except maybe enforcement, the Broker must go to www.pulseportal.com to reactivate the license after the Broker or Salesperson has completed the missing requirement(s).

If your Salesperson or Broker license is terminated on 6.30.16 because of CE noncompliance:

  • Become CE compliant
  • Re-apply for the license (Broker would go to www.pulseportal.com)
  • Pay a fee to reactivate the license

Limitation on CE Hours Credited in One Day

When taking continuing education online, keep in mind that the DOC allows no more than 8 hours of continuing education in a day.
