9 AM – NOON | New Home Construction 101 | Instructor: Rob Phyle
This course is designed to introduce the student to the area of new home construction sales and provide the basic knowledge platforms needed to begin incorporating new construction sales into their business plans as real estate agents. Content is targeted toward agents with limited or no experience representing buyers in a new construction sale or who have never represented a builder. The learning objectives are designed to take the fear out of recommending new construction home to customers and clients.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of real estate continuing education.
1 PM – 4 PM | Guide to Navigating Transactions | Instructor: Lynn Leegard
This class will give licensees and understanding of real estate professionalism and how to utilize professionalism with clients. Students will learn how to manage different types of issues and gain knowledge of prevention techniques for common real estate issues. The instructor will share practices on how to counsel buyers and sellers with transactions, conflicts, negotiation and working with difficult personality types.
