This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1.5 hours for Real Estate Continuing Education.

 

 

Cover housing accessibility issues particularly for three (3) demographics in Minnesota:

  • aging baby boomers as their physical needs change,
  • consumers who have had long-term accessibility issues, and
  • veterans and others with PTSD.

It provides an overview of features for many types of mobility and non-mobility needs with an opportunity for licensees to learn about resources and to ask questions.
