Minnesota CRS Chapter Awarded the 2013 Midsize Chapter of the Year Award
The Minnesota Certified Residential Specialist Chapter “CRS” was recently presented the Midsized CRS Chapter of the year award at the National Association of REALTORS® convention for CRS in San Francisco! It is a privilege and honor to be given this prestigious award. Under the leadership and direction of Daniel D Boman, the 2013 President of the Minnesota CRS Chapter, this achievement was accomplished. All of the MN CRS Chapter Board of Directors members helped support the efforts in making this possible!
Our motto for the year was to “Reach out to our membership” and we did. We went to many of the state REALTOR® association expos and trade shows and talked with their members about the value of earning the CRS Designation and becoming a CRS member. Those who hold the CRS Designation are among the top 3% of all REALTORS® in the Country! We also provided high-quality education classes within the state. This award is given by the National Council of Residential Specialists to recognize the chapter’s outstanding efforts to advance the Council’s mission and further the organization’s goals and objectives at the chapter level.
The Council of Residential Specialists is a not for profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® comprised of more than 30,000+ members worldwide. The CRS Designation is earned by REALTORS® who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding achievement in residential as well as International real estate. Congratulations MN CRS Chapter on a job well done and deserving in receiving this prestigious award!
The Minnesota Association of REALTORS® is the largest professional trade association in the state with more than 17,000 members who are active in all aspects of the real estate industry.
