SocialBios Help Connect REALTORS® and Clients
Referrals are a key part of the real estate world – it’s something we always recommend when giving advice for buyers and sellers looking for a REALTOR®. Friends, family and co-workers are often more than happy to talk about who they’ve hired and what they thought about the person when they bought or sold a home with them.
Now, there’s a new way to connect with potential clients and the shared connections and interests you might have with them. Realtor.com® just rolled out its mobile-enabled HyperSocial agent search tools. The first two search tools are now in beta and include HyperSocial Agent Profile Pages and HyperSocial Agent Recommendations.
Here’s how it works: when someone logs in with their Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Google account, they’ll see more than just an agent’s headshot. They’ll see the connections you have in common and interests you both share.
Profile Pages are mobile-enabled pages that showcase your connections and are a safe place for agents to direct their clients for more information about themselves. Agent Recommendations live within each Profile as an agent-branded URL. This is an easy way for someone to recommend an agent and for you to had control over your online reputation. Each agent can review and approve a recommendation before posting them to your online network.
You can sign up here for HyperSocial if you have a valid NRDS number. Right now the search tools will span Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and FourSquare. It’s pretty simple to register – this blog has great step-by-step instructions to help you get started.
Right now 93% of agents and 90% of brokers use social media to market themselves and their listings. These new tools will help you boost your business even more!
Will you try HyperSocial? If you sign up – please let us know what you think!
